WAGNER teleservice: Support via remote maintenance

At a glance

  • The WAGNER remote maintenance module can be directly connected to controls with an Ethernet interface. For controls with an MPI interface, a connection is possible using an MPI Ethernet adapter (see the flyer for more information).

More about WAGNER teleservice 

Our team in Markdorf can assist you in German and English.

The WAGNER teleservice is available during our business hours. You can reach the service hotline on working days from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. If you need help outside of business hours, please contact us.

You should have the project number of your coating system. In addition, a remote maintenance module must be installed in your system, as this is the only way the service employee can access your control system. Further information can be found in the WAGNER teleservice flyer. You are also welcome to contact our service team directly.

If there are problems with the control of your coating system, our experts can access your system remotely. In this way, faults can be quickly identified and rectified.

A call to our service hotline +49 (0) 7544 505 1999 is free of charge for our customers. Remote maintenance via the teleservice is subject to a charge. The exact costs must be determined on a case-by-case basis. For further information, please contact our service staff.

WAGNER service app with video transmission

With the help of live audio and video transmission directly from your coating system, you can describe your problem even better. The service employee can provide you with effective support in the shortest possible time without having to be on site. Simply download our free WAGNER service app.

More about the WAGNER service app with video transmission

The app can be downloaded from both the Google Playstore and the App Store. If you are unable to use the app on a mobile device, you can also access the app via your internet browser.

You need a mobile device (smartphone or tablet) with a stable network connection at your coating system (WLAN or mobile). If you are in a noisy environment, use headphones if necessary.

  • Automatic documentation of the session
  • Scheduling a session for a specific time

The app's user interface is available in German and English. If you communicate with one of our service employees via the app, the conversation can be translated into almost any language using the automatic translation function. If you are not sure whether the service app is available at your location, please contact your local service team.

Yes, data security is guaranteed at all times. Thanks to secure connections in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), your data is treated confidentially. Only the service employee who is processing your case has access to your data. The data can also be deleted at your request.
