The PXE enables complete control of all components via a central operating unit: powder center, movement systems, application, booth & filter
The PXE powder center offers the ideal entry into automatic powder coating due to the intuitive handling of the central control system. Depending on customer requirements, different basic versions are available. Up to 34 injectors can be supplied.
Intuitive system control via touchscreen. The user interface convinces with an intelligent and user-friendly structure. It offers easy control of the application, motion units and other system components. Thanks to the integrated recipe control, reproducible coating results are possible.
Depending on customer requirements, the PXE can be connected directly to the final filter or equipped with its own filter module without affecting the suction performance of the entire system.
Powder supply via maximum 34 powder guns from the WAGNER fluid container or via maximum 20 powder guns directly from the box. The integrated vibration and fluidization unit ensures an optimal powder preparation.
Extremely compact powder center with integrated rack for 11 EPG-S2 modules. Thanks to a footprint of only 1.24m², the PXE can be optimally integrated even in small production areas.
