WAGNER powder recovery systems differ in terms of their components and functionality. The monocycle system (consisting of a monocycle and final filter) is the most commonly used and is particularly suitable for multi-color systems. The final filter system has the same design, but without a cyclone, and is only used in single-color systems. It is also the system with the highest recovery efficiency. The ICF recovery system differs fundamentally from the other two systems and is only used in single-color systems. The filter is not external here, but is flanged directly to the booth wall (ICF booth). In addition, there is a fourth powder recovery system, the multicyclone system with ICM filter, in which the recovery module is also flanged to the booth wall.
