With the pneumatic double diaphragm pump, users can create high-quality surfaces even without a material pressure regulator. It is suitable for a wide range of airspray applications.
The DP 1-40 is the universal solution for airspray applications in the low-pressure range, including the coating of furniture or plastic parts. On the one hand, it is suitable for manual applications with small processing quantities for the direct supply of one to two guns. On the other hand, the pump can also be integrated into systems with mixing or color change systems.
The dead space free fluid section with a particularly small volume ensures high savings on color changes and pump flushing. The power is completely sufficient to supply 4 airspray guns.
All parts in contact with the material are made of nickel-plated aluminum, stainless steel and plastic. This enables the processing of almost all coating materials without restriction with only one pump variant.
Two manual air pressure regulators with pressure gauges allow the precise adjustment of material pressure and atomizing air.
The pump concept enables pulsation-free operation for optimum coating quality.
