The 2K COMFORT is an electronic mixing and dosing system for multi-color applications with fast color change.
Electronic mixing system for up to 25 colors and four components. Fluidpart mounted in closed cabinet with room for extensions.
Building the fluid part in a closed cabinet with enough space allows for the use of different measuring systems, the possibility to mix up to four components and connect up to 25 colors. Extending the unit is, for example with further colors, is also possible.
Intuitive menu navigation via color display and four control elements - start, stop, flush and recipe change.
The exact measurement of the material flows via gear flow meter, stroke sensor or Coriolis flow meter and the precise dosing with the WAGNER injection valves ensure constant mixing ratios and high homogenization even with the smallest mixing ratios.
