The PROTEC 60-240 high-pressure piston pump (270 bar) can be used for airless applications with up to 270 bar and multiple guns.
High pressure piston-pump, stainless steel for AirCoat applications up to 200 bar and 12L/min. This pump fits ideally to automatic applications with 6 and more spray guns used in e.g. flat-line installations for serial production.
A constantly uniform material flow with particularly low pulsation ensures optimum coating results. The intelligent design of the air motor reliably prevents power losses due to icing.
All operating elements are ergonomically integrated in the compact maintenance unit. This ensures easy adjustment and operation of the pump.
The easily accessible separating agent chamber, easy-to-replace packs, and the ability to disassemble the paint section for maintenance purposes independently of the air motor significantly reduce maintenance requirements and service times.
The paint section is completely made of stainless steel and is suitable for processing both solvent-based and water-based materials.
