An additional power supply can be used to connect a vibration motor, which is started by the gun trigger. High-precision air volume and high-voltage regulators enable reproducible coating results.

The high-resolution display and fast processor allow precise, delay-free operation, even when wearing gloves. These must be ESD-capable for ATEX reasons. The sophisticated operating concept allows parameters to be set using sliders or alternative button input.
The intelligent coating assistant provides a recipe suggestion for any coating task, no matter how tricky, based on just a few inputs. Even inexperienced users can obtain a suitable coating recipe in approx. 30 seconds. The wizard also provides recommendations for the gun distance, suitable nozzles and accessories.
A service menu with integrated operating hours and maintenance counter ensures that your system stays always in optimum maintenance condition. The system warns you which spare and wear parts should be checked before the recommended maintenance interval expires. If you use other empirical values or work with abrasive powders, the intervals can be adjusted individually. This enables you to achieve consistently excellent coating quality.
