The WACON Sprint 2 X control unit can be used to control manual and automatic guns - both individually and for complete systems.
The WACON Sprint 2 X is used for manual control of manual and automatic guns. By connecting the power supply of other WACON modules, the WACON Sprint 2 X can be used individually as well as for complete systems. High-precision air volume and high-voltage regulators enable reproducible coating results.
Further information on the products in our Sprint 2 family can be found here.
The DSO function helps every coater to achieve finer, high-quality surfaces at the touch of a button. The function reduces overloading effects such as orange peel, edge build-up or back spray and is suitable for complex components and critical powders. The DSO function also enables good penetration in undercuts with small gun distances.
The WACON Sprint 2 X enables results to be repeated at any time. Four recipes can be accessed directly via quick selection. By selecting on the rotary knob, a further 46 recipes can be called up with one click.
The WAGNER Air Flow Control technology ensures exact powder control. A high-precision closed control loop permanently measures and regulates the air volume during the coating process and thus produces a uniform powder cloud for high-quality coating results.
Clearly arranged control elements allow intuitive handling. All parameters are entered via a central rotary control. The intelligent control system can be adapted to a wide range of requirements by means of a multitude of setting options.
