The intelligent coating assistant provides a recipe suggestion for any coating task, no matter how tricky, based on just a few inputs. Even inexperienced users can obtain a suitable coating recipe in approx. 30 seconds. The wizard also provides recommendations for the gun distance, suitable nozzles and accessories.
The service menu with integrated operating hours and maintenance counter ensures that your system is in optimum maintenance condition. The system warns you which spare and wear parts should be checked before the recommended maintenance interval expires. If you use other empirical values or abrasive powders, the intervals can be adjusted individually. This enables a consistently excellent coating quality.
