The S-Line automatic powder coating system is a leader in terms of the coating results that can be achieved. Through flexible individualization, coating solutions can be realized even for very complex tasks that meet the highest demands in terms of productivity, process efficiency and coating quality. The system design is based on the implementation of the customer-specific desired flexibility and functionality. Additionally available system components such as the IPS coating system with Smart Feeding Technology (SFT) and fully automatic color change or the use of Z-axes - for the dynamic individual feed of the guns during the coating of a component synchronously with the vertical stroke movement enable excellent coating results.
