The E-Line Plus complete system extends the functionalities of the E-Line system and is suitable for increased quality and productivity requirements. It is characterized, for example, by more convenient system operation and optional fresh powder dosing.
The E-Line Plus powder coating system enhances the functional features of E-Line systems. The 15.6” touchscreen integrated into the powder center and the option of an additional external touchscreen enables an easy and comfortable operation of the system. The powerful all-in-one system control WICOS offers additional automation functions as well as light barriers with high resolution for exact positioning and activation of the guns. Thereby powder consumption can be minimized. Loss of productivity can be avoided by choosing the fresh powder supply option from carton box or BigBag.
