New components and assistance functions such as the Quick-Link injector and Digital Surface Optimizer (DSO) increase the efficiency and quality of coating and color changes. The new injector produces a particularly soft powder cloud.
With the WAGNER Wizard, the intelligent coating assistant, you can select the workpiece geometry, size, coating structure, desired coating thickness and type of powder in 5 simple steps. The wizard uses these parameters to determine the ideal recipe, suitable accessories and the required gun distance.
A powder scale under the base plate measures the powder consumption and enables the documentation of relevant coating data. In addition to the USB connection, additional interfaces are optionally available that enable connection to higher-level systems, robot technology or cloud solutions.
