How does the plastering machine and spray lance technology work?
The WAGNER plastering machine uses screw pump technology. It consists of a feed helix, rotor-stator, mortar hose as well as spray lance and nozzle. The WAGNER spray lance requires the air coming from the compressor for atomisation. Only materials that are not to be atomised (adhesives & sealing materials) do not require additional compressed air.
The lance must first be connected to the screw pump via a hose. The pump conveys the material via the rotor-stator to the spray lance. Material is fed from the hopper and pumped into the hose through delivery chambers formed by the rotor and stator's geometry. The atomizing air is mixed with the conveyed material through holes in the nozzle, ensuring a uniform spray pattern.
