A plastering spray lance allows for easy and professional wall plastering. The spray lance is used to apply liquid, mortar and plaster and can be used inside and out. The WAGNER plastering machine uses screw pump technology. It consists of a feed helix, rotor-stator, mortar hose as well as spray lance and nozzle. The WAGNER spray lance requires the air coming from the compressor for atomisation. Only materials that are not to be atomised (adhesives & sealing materials) do not require additional compressed air.
The lance must first be connected to the screw pump via a hose. The pump conveys the material via the rotor-stator to the spray lance. Material is fed from the hopper and pumped into the hose through delivery chambers formed by the rotor and stator's geometry. The atomizing air is mixed with the conveyed material through holes in the nozzle, ensuring a uniform spray pattern.
The spray lance impresses with its ergonomic design and simple operation. The powerful screw pump behind the spray lance enables a high delivery rate of max. 20 l/min as well as gentle material delivery. The individual adjustment of the spray lance's handle positions provides an ergonomic and a high level of operating comfort. The practical LongLife locking cylinder allows for simultaneous regulation of material and air supply. The non-return valve ensures that the material cannot flow back into the compressor in the event of nozzle blockages.
