Bright children's eyes, happy laughter and lots of curiosity: On the first day of the vacation, J. Wagner GmbH opened its doors to the next generation of employees. Around 90 children aged between five and 15 took the opportunity to take an exciting look behind the scenes at the Markdorf-based company - and above all: to experience where mom and dad work and what is done there.

A varied and exciting program guided the young guests through the world of colors and technology. It became particularly vivid for the children when Florian Spindler, Head of Corporate Communications, told the story of a water pistol - from the idea to the finished product. In this way, the steps required for a product to leave the company and how value is created and money is earned through the valuable contribution of many people were conveyed in a playful way.

But it wasn't just about hearing stories, it was also about experiencing the company, getting hands-on in the technical labs, spraying paint and applying powder. Letters and creative, colorful murals were designed with paint sprayers and yellow and red paint powder was spread on the metal pots in the spray booth at the powder technology center - at eye level and under expert guidance. The glittering, brightly colored pots, which had already been done by the application technicians, were then placed in the backpacks that were handed out.

The logistics department also opened its doors. There, the children learned how the products are stored, picked and prepared for dispatch so that they reach the customer in Europe within 24 hours. And here too, each child was proud to pack their own little parcel and take it with them. Marketing got creative again. The children used cut-out pictures and colors to create their own "mood boards".

In between, of course, there were also refreshments and lots of fun in front of the photo box. Lunch at the company restaurant "Josefs" and a balloon game with ice cream rounded off the day, which ended with a visit to the parents' workplace, where mom or dad could work undisturbed in the meantime.

A complete success: The WAGNER experience day was not only an unforgettable experience for the children, but also for the parents, who were able to work in a relaxed manner, as well as for the numerous dedicated helpers, who had a lot of fun. The event once again demonstrated WAGNER's special corporate culture - characterized by togetherness, enthusiasm and family friendliness.
