WAGNER Group sells its Reinhardt-Technik GmbH bonding and sealing division to Carlisle Fluid Technologies to concentrate on its core surface coating and finishing business.

The WAGNER Group, a leader in innovative surface coating equipment and systems, has announced the sale of its Bonding and Sealing division to Carlisle Fluid Technologies. Reinhardt-Technik GmbH, which is based in Kierspe, Germany, has been a part of the WAGNER Group for twelve years and will now join Carlisle Fluid Technologies positioning itself for continued successful growth.
