It consists of five members, who were elected by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders at its meeting held on July 5, 2024. Mr. Eberhard Veit is the President and Ms. Angelique Renkhoff-Mücke is the Vice President of the Board of Directors. The other members of the Board are Mr. Thorsten Koch, Mr. Konstantin Sauer and Mr. Emmerich Schiller.
