The company needed an economic and highly productive solution for the high-quality and seamless coating of its MDF furniture workpieces in complex shapes – which is also suitable for the application in mass production series.
The customer invested in two WAGNER powder coating lines. WAGNER developed special aggregates with which even standard MDF boards can be uniformly electrostatically powder coated. This technology enables seamless, all-round coating with a uniform, scratch-proof surface that can be worked on immediately. This way, WAGNER has made the powder coating of MDF boards industrially viable.
They have more than met our high expectations. The system is a resounding success, both from an economic and environmental point of view.
