The new assistance function of the Digital Surface Optimizer (DSO) supports the powder coater in its coating quality.
The DSO function helps every coater to achieve finer, high-quality surfaces at the touch of a button. The function reduces overloading effects such as orange peel, edge build-up or back spray and is suitable for complex components and critical powders. The DSO function also enables good penetration in undercuts with small gun distances.
