The Sprint 2 automatic powder set consists of the PEA-X1 automatic gun, the WACON Sprint 2 X control unit and a PI-F1 injector.
Sprint 2 is the new generation of our manual powder system: The new development combines proven components from the predecessor product family with new, innovative components and assistance functions that offer even more options. Combined with the PEA-X1, excellent coating results and high-quality surfaces can be achieved.

The DSO function helps every coater to achieve finer, high-quality surfaces at the touch of a button. The function reduces overloading effects such as orange peel, edge build-up or back spray and is suitable for complex components and critical powders. The DSO function also enables good penetration in undercuts with small gun distances.
