Sharp-edged markings
Precision atomizer for sharp-edged coatings of paints, inks and adhesives. Available as a packing and membrane version, optionally with adapter plate and rinsing device. Ideal for productions with short cycle times thanks to extremely short switching times.
The extremely short switching times (opening, spraying, closing) make the gun ideal for use in productions with low cycle times.
Particularly suitable for processing abrasive or moisture-curing materials and fast-drying paints.
The PILOT GA 9010 Marking is a fully automatic spray gun for dot or line marking. It is suitable for alphanumeric marking. Even sharp-edged markings are possible.
By means of specially suitable flushing devices and a robust design, the PILOT GA 9010 Marking ensures a smooth production process even under the most difficult conditions.
