The material tanks built by Walther are highly suitable for preparing, evacuating, tempering and conveying various materials without pulsation.
Standard material pressure tanks
The container are made high-quality and durable.
Material pressure tanks type MDG have wing screws for an easier handling. It is possible to influence the material before or during the processing: tempering, stirring, outgassing (evacuating), controlling the fill level.
Material withdrawal with ball valve
Suitable for hermetic materials which have to be stored dark.
The feed out of our pressure tanks is very low-shear so that inert gases, like nitrogen, can be delivered as well.
The feed pressure is very precise and pulsation-free, also with a low pressure.
A circulation of the material is only possible with an additional pump.
