The TOPFINISH RobotBell 2 / Bell 2S high-speed rotation atomizer can be used to coat both small workpieces and large surfaces with high efficiency. Together with the WACON Spray family, which controls the essential parameters, cost-optimized solution packages are available that can be adapted to individual requirements.
The new design of the air deflector rings ensures very homogeneous air distribution and thus a uniform spray pattern and the best possible surface quality. Thanks to the even distribution of the air, high application efficiency is ensured.
The TF RobotBell 2 / TF Bell 2S with integrated cascade is certified for ATEX zone 1. The compact design allows the atomizer to be used in all zones. The output of the integrated cascade with 8 watts is sufficient for all solvent applications as well as water-based paint applications with small paint kitchens (approx. up to 60 liters).
Minimal effort for installation and maintenance thanks to the intelligent hose change system. Simple replacement of nozzles, valves and bell cups with standard tools or a universal tool.
The TF RobotBell 2 / TF Bell 2S contains a very robust turbine technology with a long service life. In addition, durable needle valves are installed; diaphragm valves of the same design can also be used if required. All parts in contact with the material are made of stainless steel and are sealed with solvent-resistant seals, some of which are made of Kalrez. The atomizer can even process highly viscous materials and protective coatings.
The design of the TF RobotBell 2 / TF Bell 2S can be customized for the required application. Only components that are really needed are installed. Configurations without high voltage or speed measurement are possible. Conversion of the atomizer or extensions are easily possible.
