Uniquely lightweight
Uniquely lightweight manual spray gun made of high-strength plastic for painting small parts as well as touch-up and decorative work. Water-based materials and solvent-based adhesives can be processed without any problems.
The Pilot Mini is ideal for a wide range of applications, including spot repair, touch-up work, leather coating, and even chocolate application.
With material-carrying parts made of high-quality stainless steel, the gun ensures a long lifespan and allows for the smooth processing of water-based materials.
Thanks to its lightweight design and high-strength plastic housing, the spray gun feels comfortable and warm in the hand, enabling fatigue-free work.
The spray gun offers a wide variety of nozzles with diameters ranging from 0.3 to 2.2 mm, enabling adaptation to various projects and requirements. For applications that require exceptionally high corrosion resistance, a version made of V4A (1.4571, AISI 316 Ti) is available.
