Today, coating represents one of the most strategic departments within Sicma, not only for its aesthetic impact but above all for the durability, resistance, and overall value of the finished product. With the recent upgrade of its WAGNER powder coating booth, the Abruzzo-based company has chosen to further invest in automation to respond to a market demanding flawless finishes, reduced consumption, and increasingly sustainable production systems.

Thanks to the 3D multi-axis technology of the coating booth, the guns mounted on the reciprocators automatically follow the geometry of the parts, moving closer or farther away as needed - and even stopping powder flow where unnecessary - ensuring a homogeneous powder deposition and precise film thickness control.
Whereas the operator once played an active role inside the booth, today their task is to supervise process parameters and intervene only when necessary in the most critical areas.
With the SuperCenter EVO powder center, colors can be changed quickly and without contamination.
