Our solutions for pre-treatment systems

Efficient pre-treatment through dipping, spraying and blasting for optimum surface quality and perfectly prepared components in plant engineering.

A series of prefabricated tank zones facilitated by a hoist system, where parts to be treated are dipped into tanks. The system configuration is defined by the required treatment steps and the characteristics of the components.

 

A series of spray zones, nozzles, pumps, pipings, tanks etc., configured in a tunnel through which the products to be treated are conveyed. The design depends on the number of treatment stages and the product to be treated.

Sand blasting booths operate with blasting equipment and abrasives such as sand, slag, steel shot or grit. Depending on the application, they are used for rust removal on steel, surface peening of moulds and dies, or gentle cleaning and decorative surface treatment of glass, non-ferrous metals and ceramic components.

Our solutions for powder and liquid coating systems

Flexible coating solutions ranging from manual batch painting to fully automated, robot-assisted spraying for maximum surface quality and process reliability.

Batch coating comprises a batch powder booth and a curing oven. Parts are coated and cured in separate batches, allowing flexibility for different component sizes and coating specifications.

A plastic coating line consists of several coordinated process stations, including a dedusting booth, flash-off zone, IR oven, UV oven and air shower. The system is equipped with automatic spraying units and a controlled air supply to ensure consistent coating quality and reliable curing.

These systems deliver superior surface finishing with reliable, repeatable quality for every component. They are most commonly used for automotive and plastic parts.

Hot air tunnel for drying treated components

Drying oven

The drying oven consists of an insulated tunnel with forced hot air circulation, designed to remove water and moisture from treated components before they enter the coating zone. Design specifications depend on the required temperature, drying time, oven length and product dimensions.

Continuous oven for hardening surface coatings

Conveyorized oven

A conveyorized oven operates within an insulated tunnel equipped with forced hot air circulation. It is used to cure and harden coatings before the components exit the process line. Key design parameters include process temperature, curing time, zone layout and product dimensions.

System for removing chemical pollutants before discharge

Wastewater treatment plant

The wastewater treatment plant is engineered to match the capacity of the chemical pre-treatment line and to remove toxic pollutants such as phosphoric acid, iron, mineral acids and caustic soda prior to discharge into the sewer. The system meets relevant local and international environmental regulations.

Filtration unit for producing low-conductivity process water

Deionised water generating plant

Filtration and purification system for raw water, designed to remove organic chlorine, dissolved salts and other impurities. The system design depends on the required final water quality for the products to be treated. The deionised water produced typically has a conductivity of less than 20 µS/cm.
