The WACON Sprint 2 XE control unit can be used to control manual and automatic guns. In contrast to the WACON Sprint 2 X, a vibration motor can also be connected here.

Overview

The WACON Sprint 2 XE is used for manual control of manual and automatic guns. An additional power supply can be used to connect a vibration motor, which is started by the gun trigger. High-precision air volume and high-voltage regulators enable reproducible coating results.

Improved surface quality at the touch of a button

The DSO function helps every coater to achieve finer, high-quality surfaces at the touch of a button. The function reduces overloading effects such as orange peel, edge build-up or back spray and is suitable for complex components and critical powders. The DSO function also enables good penetration in undercuts with small gun distances.

Flexible applications

The WACON Sprint 2 XE enables repeatable results at all times. Four recipes can be accessed directly via quick selection. A further 46 recipes can be called up with a click of the rotary knob.

Reliable

The WAGNER Air Flow Control technology ensures exact powder control. A high-precision closed control loop permanently measures and regulates the air volume during the coating process and thus produces a uniform powder cloud for high-quality coating results.

Easy handling

Clearly arranged control elements allow intuitive handling. All parameters are entered via a central rotary control. The intelligent control system can be adapted to a wide range of requirements by means of a multitude of setting options.
