The AirCoat process combines the advantages of airspray and airless: high optical coating quality, fast work progress, and high application efficiency. Typical
applications include windows, furniture elements, gearboxes, engine housings, and car bodies and chassis from the ACE & T sector.
With airless guns, atomization is achieved solely through material pressure, which enables thick coatings and fast working. Typical applications include corrosion protection coatings, wind turbines, or underbody coatings for rail vehicles.
High-speed rotation atomization ensures high coating quality, fast working, and high application efficiency, especially in series production. Typical applications include aluminum wheels, automotive body parts, and two-wheelers.
